KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Offer exceptional customer service, focusing on fostering customer loyalty and growing business.
Use strong product knowledge to enhance the “valued added” component of the sales transaction by anticipating customer requirements, recommending additional products and working to maximize the Customers overall experience with our company.
Develop and maintains both new and existing business
Present a professional and friendly sales image to the customer at all times.
Provide assistance and follows up with customer account inquiries in a timely manner.
Perform other job-related duties as required.
Strong leadership abilities
Perform well under pressure
Ability to multi-task 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Effective selling and relationship building skills.
Ability to grow and develop business by participating in store initiatives.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills.
Related experience and knowledge in the tire industry is an asset
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Professional, courteous and punctual with a focus on customer service.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Must have a positive attitude and be a team player. 

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Steel toed shoes are required.
Busy, high volume environment.
